The Department of Finance (Finance) may share personal information provided in this ROI Form with the Office of the System Administrator (OSA) operating within Services Australia as the system operator of the Australian Government Digital ID System (AGDIS), and the Australian National Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) as the regulator for the AGDIS.
Any personal information provided in this ROI Form is collected to assist Finance, the OSA and the ACCC with understanding interest and participation in the AGDIS. It may be used to inform future system developments and to contact you in connection with the AGDIS processes. Finance, the OSA and the ACCC may also disclose personal information included in your response to contracted third-party ICT providers. Third-parties who contract with Finance, the OSA and the ACCC are contractually bound to protect personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act. Finance, the OSA and the ACCC will not use or disclose the personal information collected in this ROI Form for another purpose without your consent unless required or authorised by law.
By completing this ROI Form, you consent to Finance, the OSA and the ACCC collecting any personal information that may be included in your response. Please do not include any personal information relating to another individual unless you have sought their consent.
