Support with your Digital ID
For support creating or strengthening your Digital ID you need to contact your ID app provider. They can support you:
- to set up your Digital ID
- with what documents you need
- to change your name
- if your name is different on your ID documents.
You can set up a Digital ID using the Australian Government’s myGovID app.
Support to access services
For all issues to do with the service you are trying to access, you need to contact that service.
You can also contact them if you're unable to access the service because you don’t have a Digital ID or need a stronger Digital ID.
