Contact your identity app for help creating and strengthening your Digital ID

For help creating or strengthening your Digital ID you need to contact your identity app, including:
•    what documents you need
•    setting up your Digital ID
•    issues with changing your name or your name is different on your identity documents

Currently, you can create a Digital ID through the Australian Government’s myGovID platform. Visit the myGovID support page for details on how to create your Digital ID.

Over time, we expect this list of Digital ID apps to grow.

Contact the service you want about access issues

For all issues to do with the service you are trying to access, you need to contact the service.
If you are unable to access the service you want because you don’t have a Digital ID or a Strong Digital ID, contact them, they will usually have other support channels available.
